Eversole has an unconventional delivery on his passes, but he owns his style and makes it work. He does a nice job on passes inside of 15 yards and more often than not puts the ball where it needs to be. Mechanically, if he can iron out his throwing motion and trajectory with a more over-the-head path, it would improve his deep ball ability and consistency.
