BREAKOUT CANDIDATE
The Trojans will ask 2027 DB Ayden Blomquist to fill several important roles this season. Already a returning starter in the secondary, Blomquist is also a candidate to see more snaps on offense after Hampshire graduated much of its receiving production. He covers a lot of ground with his range, flies to the football, and isn’t afraid to attack the football despite being a smaller defender. Blomquist has also proven to be a dangerous kick returner, which could increase his offensive opportunities as well. He has a great chance to emerge as one of Hampshire’s biggest breakout players this fall.
