Loy capped off his high school career with a bang, with 39 catches for 845 yards and 8 touchdowns, averaging over 21 yards per catch. He has the route-running ability and after-the-catch speed and agility to play at the D2 level in our eyes and is plenty deserving of receiving offers from those programs.

We got a better glimpse of what 2026 Hampshire WR Andrew Loy Andrew Loy 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR/DB Hampshire | 2026 State WV could do this week at the Fairmont State Elite Camp after just seeing him this past week at the GC Expoure Camp. I thought Loy had a strong showing during 1-on-1s as one of the top consistent winners in the reps I got eyes on. He got off to a hot start during testing with a 4.84 40, 8.6-foot broad jump, and one of the best shuttle times at the camp with a 4.37. Loy’s short-area quickness translates to separation during his routes with solid cutting and sudden change of direction ability that aid him as a receiver as well. A strong senior season this fall could open the doors to D2 opportunities if it doesn’t happen this summer.

He and the Trojans as a whole took a nice step forward in 2024 with a new offensive system, where he was able to showcase more evidence of his ability. Loy ripped off a 4.7 40 early in the camp and has the natural athleticism to build around and develop into a potential D2 prospect this fall. He’s another quick and fast slot receiver type with polished route running ability who’s a difficult 1-on-1 matchup.
