Christensen is a tight end/jumbo slot on the offensive side while a high level defensive end on the other side. As a receiving threat he has good hands as a natural pass catcher. Finds openings in the defense and is a safety blanket for his QB. Defensively as an edge he can line up with his hand in the dirt or standing up. Physical edge rusher that uses his technique and long arms to get to the passer. Good burst closing for sacks.

Really liked what we saw out of Christensen on his junior film. The edge can play with his hand in the dirt or standing up. Very good pass rusher that has closing speed to the QB. Explodes to the ball and has a nice change of direction. Runs very well and overall makes a ton of impactful plays. Shows off athleticism also playing TE on the offensive side.

Kirby is put together really well and his measurables could be argued in his favor to be bigger and faster. This kid shows well and ran routes with the best of them considering being a Tight End. A broad catch radius and a powerful lower half to block or get through traffic to grab the QBs eyes as a main pass option. Looked good running and jumping in testing to show off his athletic ability.

Offensively, he showcased his versatility as a do-it-all tight end, capable of lining up outside and posing a serious threat in the passing game. However, it was on defense where Christensen truly made a name for himself. As a high-motor edge rusher, his relentless effort translated into an impressive stat line, recording 10 sacks and 53 tackles. His work ethic and impact on both sides of the ball make him a player to watch heading into his senior year.
