Expert Analysis
Scott Burgess | Prep Redzone Scout
Miller is a 6’1″ signal caller that has the ball come out of his hand with ease. Good accuracy and quick processor. Throws a nice deep ball with touch down the field.

Justin is an exciting signal caller coming through the Illinois pipeline. The sophomore has a strong frame that has helped Justin become a talented passer. The arm strength is natural. Justin makes it look easy to let one rip 40 yards downfield either from the pocket or on the run. His clean mechanics get the ball out quick and allow him to get that big frame behind the ball when he really needs to uncork it to get it downfield. Justin also impressed with his accuracy from the pocket and rolling out. Again the consistent mechanics aid big time in being able to pinpoint the location of his passes. I’m excited to see how the sophomore continues to develop as a passer. The traits of a college QB are showing up already.
