The dual threat passer had 28 total touchdowns this season and he is poised for more offers after the transfer portal window closes. Already with over 10 FBS offers, Parker has been a longtime starter for the Patriots who thrive off of his leadership. The 3rd ranked quarterback in this class has already shown he belongs at the next level.

In the majority of his plays, Parker makes a quick read and gets the ball out. He shows nice consistency in ball placement on his short and intermediate passes in his film. There are a couple of deep throws where he shows some of his arm strength. Parker’s ability to lead the receiver on short passes enabled what would’ve been a short gain to turn into a long gain on a couple of his highlights. Would like to see more throws showing his arm strength (e.g., throws to the opposite hash).

Trust me there was a strong push for Parker’s ranking higher than what it already is. It is a valid argument as he holds over 10 Division 1 offers, but our 2027 class is that deep. A basketball savant as well, Parker is multi talented and typically the best player on the field in every sport.

A highly athletic QB who has very good speed, acceleration, and elusiveness. Can be utilized in designed run, read option, RPO game that forces the defense to honor his ball-carrying ability. Strong arm to throw the deep ball with solid accuracy on all his throws. He has received offers from 12 Division 1 teams, and the film shows why, as he has a lot of upside with his athleticism at the QB position.
