is a dominant linebacker out of Vigor that has produced at a high level throughout his entire high school career and his senior season has been nothing different. Kelly has an elite ability to read and react to opposing offenses and can make tons of open-field tackles, it’s super impressive how quickly he diagnoses plays and gets to the ball. Against the pass Kelly does a lot as well, he is a talented blitzer that can stay with some targets in coverage as well. Kelly has repeated much of the same success he’s seen over the course of his career- this year Kelly has recorded 51 total tackles (39 solo, 18 for loss), 4 sacks, 2 forced/recovered fumbles, and one interception. Kelly has played really well all four years and has picked up a good bit of collegiate attention in the process- over the last few months he picked up offers from Tuskegee, Alabama State, Army, and many others.
