Mr. Watson is a young man that’s been on my radar for some time now and one that continues to improve his skill set. What stands out the most about this young man’s play is his versatility to be a threat in the backfield as well as out of the slot in the air attack. His ability to change direction quickly once he puts his foot into the ground is a headscratcher for opposing defenses. There’s a handful of clips below where it seems like he’s going to be brought down for a loss or no gain on the play but by cutting quickly he’s able to find cutback lanes to break long runs. In the game below, he ended up rushing for 145 yards and got into the endzone twice on the night. When you’re playing York, there are three main offensive players to worry about.
