Williams is a two-way player at Chillicothe. He plays wide receiver on offense and cornerback on defense. I really like him on the defensive side of the ball. At 6’2 he has the length to make plays on the ball. Off the snap he has quiet feet and loose hips. He shows the ability to make explosive breaks. He’s patient and technically sound in his coverage. He can also lower his shoulder and lower a boom to separate the ball from the receiver. His explosive ness is also evident as a track athlete who is a 6’6 high jumper. If Karter can continue to add good weight and get stronger, I could see him start to get interest at the D2-D1 levels.
