The further development of Karter’s burst getting into the open field as certainly grown  significantly since our last tape evaluation as the 6’5 205 pound 2025 tight end just recently picked up his first FCS offer as well from right up the road. The progressive instinct Karter has grown has also stuck a chord out on tape, as his vision and twitchy change of direction certainly shows off why Karter is our TE1 in the North Dakota 2025 class. Karter also intrigues me with his blocking-only TE tape, as this kid shows how excellent he is getting leverage with his pad-level and you see consistency with his angle blocking which all these skillsets show to me a loaded football IQ that will 100% show why he is a Division I target this summer at camps.  Twitter
