Head Coach Notes/Analysis: Justin is an elite strong safety who is physical and will get down hill in run fits. He is a pure tackler with great form and technique. In the passing game, his athleticism as a hooper shines through in jump balls and jumping intermediate routes. An all-star on the basketball team and a state qualifier as a triple jumper and 4x100m relay member, there isn’t much he can’t do on the football field from an athletic standpoint. Justin is also a stellar student in the classroom and takes honors and AP courses while maintaining a 3.6 GPA. He is coachable, dependable, and exactly the kind of student-athlete you want in your program.

“Lachance” has great athletic skill.  On offense he is a RB who can identify running lanes quickly inside the tackles.  His quick burst allows him to avoid 1st level defenders. His open field speed is visible. Plays with passion and his body frame shows he is durable.  His defensive skills from the safety position, are where he will likely excel at the next level.  He surely knows how to identify run plays all while being fast and aggressive to help with run support. He has a low pad level when tackling and can deliver with power. Pre-snap he mirrors QB play well with his feet.  His reaction time is well noticed.
