Justin Godwin Justin Godwin 6'1" | 190 lbs | DB Wetumpka | 2025 State AL has been a really reliable DB for Wetumpka, especially this past season- he has been highly productive against some talented offenses across the 6A and shows a ton of potential. Godwin is really athletic and versatile in their secondary- he plays with great speed, is great at identifying plays, plays with a lot of physicality by delivering big hits, and can break on the ball to make some fantastic plays in coverage as well. It doesn’t matter where Godwin starts the play, he finds ways to make an impact every snap regardless if its a run or pass. Godwin had a massive senior season this fall- he ended up recording 119 total tackles (70 solo, 7 for loss), 2 sacks, 7 interceptions, 21 pass breakups, and 5 forced fumbles (2 recovered) on the year. Watch out for Godwin at the next level, he picked up offers from Georgia State, Samford, West Alabama, and more- no matter where he ends up, he’s going to be a playmaker!
