Updated measurables have him at 5’11.5, 175 pounds, and the increase in both height and weight matters significantly. Now that I’m getting ready to rerank him, he currently sits inside the top 400 juniors in Pennsylvania and squarely within our Priority Division II grade. He also carries a 3.7 GPA and can be labeled as a defensive back, athlete and quarterback.
To my knowledge, he last posted on Twitter in mid September. He is coming off a big win over Kiski Area in which I heard he played well. Taking a look at his Hudl, I see an updated first four tape that runs about a minute and a half, posted 17 days ago, along with some single rep and single game cutups against Braddock Hill and Kiski Area.
I decided to look at his first four to get a clearer outlook on how he is developing as a junior. He works within a read option offense, including a true triple option where he can hand the ball off based on front seven penetration. He also works out of two back sets where he can keep the football himself or give or pitch it.
His first rep has him keeping the rock on the triple option, identifying a lane and showing off real acceleration. That eventually turns into a 50 yard game winning touchdown. This rep alone, showcasing his ability to break a game open and win it himself, says a lot about his athletic ceiling.
He might not be recruited to play quarterback, and that is understood. Yet his second rep has him launching a 40 yard post for an open touchdown, once again proving his overall athletic ability.
This is a player who should be explored at several different positions at the next level. Wide receiver, running back, safety, kickoff returner and punt returner are all viable options considering how smart of a football player he is, and I think his quarterback reps help convey that. College coaches should be a little more eager to trust him because of the level of responsibility he has already earned as a quarterback within a high school offense loaded with talent. That should bode well for future coaching confidence in him.
Playmaker might be the best word to describe him. At the 35 second mark of his tape, he hurdles a defensive back, once again proving what I said toward the beginning of this report about his overall athletic ceiling.
Considering his current production and the increase in both height and weight, I’m inclined to leave Jordan as a prime Division II recruit or potentially elevate him into the fringe Division I and FCS range. I want to see his production elevate to an even higher level before solidifying that last notion.

to be a good quarterback. He doesn’t need to be great, but he needs to be consistent. The talent is there for Stuvaints, who is also a good athlete in the 2028 class. I expect a solid season from him.

His mechanics and footwork are good. He does a nice job of throwing an accurate, on-time ball. He is a good athlete who can make plays with his feet. He is also a good safety who shows a good ability to make tackles. Stuvaints is in line to start this year as the quarterback for McKeesport.

- 5’11.5, 175-pound 2028 QB/Safety prospect out of McKeesport High School. Carries a 3.7 GPA.
This is the type of player every defensive backs coach enjoys working with. He plays hard, stays disciplined, and consistently puts himself in good position. There is very little wasted movement in his game. Dependable football still wins games. There is nothing complicated about his evaluation. He plays sound football, competes at a high level, and understands his responsibilities. Those qualities travel well to the college game. He should become a valuable addition wherever he lands.
