Another sleeper defensive back in the Savannah area, Black is an instinctive defensive back with length, quickness, and the ability to stick with receivers down the field. He plays fast, understands his role, and broke up passes consistently throughout his sophomore season last year. A sure-tackler, Black is one of the top returning defensive backs in the area for the 2028 class and really impressed last fall with 32 combined tackles, three INTs and 15 more pass-breakups. His recruitment is picking up and it could take off in a big way when college coaches watch him during spring practice this month.
