He made his first appearance of this year’s game on the two-point conversion attempt, following Tennessee’s second touchdown, a Caleb Johnson Caleb Johnson Caleb Johnson 5'9" | 135 lbs | QB/ATH Oakland Middle School | 2030 TN (listed above) run. Following a personal foul that pushed the two-point conversion attempt back a considerable distance, Slagle threw an accurate ball out to RB Macc Chapin Macc Chapin Macc Chapin 5'7" | 165 lbs | RB Tullahoma Middle School | 2030 TN but he was ultimately stopped short.

However, Kentucky couldn’t hold Slagle for too much longer. On the first play of Tennessee’s third drive of the game, Slagle connected on a 91-yard catch and run with WR Braylen Mathis Braylen Mathis Braylen Mathis 5'7" | 141 lbs | WR Grace Christian Academy | 2030 TN . The impressive scoring play made it: three Quarterbacks, three possessions, three touchdowns.
