For John Cummings John Cummings 6'1" | 195 lbs | DL St. Joseph's Metuchen | 2027 State NJ , I think a breakout season might be coming. The Falcon gains a good deal of ground on his first step off the snap – although if he hugged the line of scrimmage a wee bit more, it will only aid him. For someone his height, I was impressed with how low he fires out of his stance, firing out rather than up. Based on the down and distances on his tape, I suspect that Cummings might have been utilized as a pass rush specialist role – which is fitting due to the get off he has. A more agile prospect, Cummings is able to bend down the line flat as a backside chaser.
