How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a fast athlete , I’d describe my gameplay style as dynamic and unpredictable. I rely on my speed to create opportunities, whether that’s by quickly making reads and throwing on the move or tucking the ball and running when the defense gives me space. I like to keep the defense on its toes, mixing up my decision making to force them to react quickly. And in the defensive side I play aggressive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality on the field is all about being relentless. I’m a dog out there, always giving 110% and pushing myself to the limit. I thrive under pressure no matter the situation. My dedication is what drives me.I’m constantly working to improve and bring my best every time I step on the field. I take pride in my work ethic and my commitment to my team, always.

Balcerzak’s evaluation became a bit easier once we decided (a bit later than necessary, to be honest) to move him to defensive back in our system. Instead of looking at this defensive back tape and extrapolating that to other positions, we can evaluate him as a true safety prospect. He has excellent range, and his background playing quarterback helps him anticipate where throws are going.
