A NEPSAC prospect, Jefferson Desca Jefferson Desca 6'0" | 220 lbs | LB Kiski Area | 2023 PA ‘s tape received an FCS-ceiling grade out of me. That grade has been reciprocated with an FCS offer out of Southeast Missouri State just over a month ago. I am surprised to see the Bryants and Bucknells of the world not pull the trigger yet. A stellar senior campaign will resolve all possible issues.
