JB Woolum JB Woolum 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Belfry | 2027 State KY is another player who has been on my radar for a while now and continued to stand out last week. He was very impressive out of the backfield in Belfry’s Regional Championship win over Breathitt County, running the ball 15 times for 128 yards and four touchdowns. Woolum has very impressive speed which he uses to burst into the open field with a sense of urgency then run away from the defense on long runs. He has also shown the contact balance to break tackles with ease without losing stride. JB also made an impact on defense in the win, finishing the game with five tackles and an interception. Woolum doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is a player who I am expecting college coaches to have on their radar moving forward. JB and the Pirates have a tough matchup ahead of them on the road against Lexington Christian Academy this week.
