As a senior Newkirk has been setting this record at Timon and its starting to look like Edinboro are getting a player who has Division 1 speed at the Division 2 level. Newkirk has good tape but with his coverage skills down the field relatively untested against several run-first opponents Newkirk plays really well around the LOS where he plays physical and with good instincts.
