Worthy is a top notch DB prospect with sound ball handlining skills. He lead the Tigers in INTs as a junior and made some noise in the return game. Amari has good footwork, is elite in zone coverage and always seems to find his way to the ball.

Worthy is a talented DB who also entered the top 100 in the latest Ranking update. The Bishop Timon-St. Jude prospect stands at 5’8″ 155-Pounds, and has a solid frame for a DB. He should look to improve his frame moving forward. He is yet to hold any offers, but with another strong season, and some added weight I can see some FCS-D2 Squads pick up the phone and make the call to Worthy. Worthy shows excellent speed and great footwork in and out of breaks. He is light on his feet and he showcases a good ability to make sharp cuts and reach his top speed quickly. He can control his body and is a balanced runner staying at the hips of receivers. I like his skills and he is an underrated prospect a program is surely missing out on.
