Jaydin had a great day at the UW River Falls football camp. He showed up in my notes during multiple portions of the camp. He first stood out was during agility portion of the day. I found this to be a very useful part of the day. The athletes weren’t in pads, so these drills gave us a great chance to see the body control, agility, change of direction, and burst. Redding caught my eyes because those traits stood out among his group of campers. Jaydin’s flexibility allowed him to bend, recoil, and accelerate when asked to change direction quickly. Redding made the agility drills look easy. He had a great day.
