The East St. Louis massive offensive tackle goes 6’6” and 320 pounds. The big fella is very light on his feet and we really like his hand placement on pass rushers moving them where he wants them to go. Kick outside vs speed and has the ability to anchor vs power. Does play a little high at times.

Donley is a 6’6″ 320 pound offensive lineman that played a key role on varsity for East St. Louis this year. At right tackle he has good size and a wide base. Anchors well in pass pro using his strength, base, and footwork. Love the combination of physicality and athleticism that Donley brings at tackle. Mauls in the run game moving defenders off the line. Very bright future as he should move to left tackle next season for the Flyers.

Normally BOOM does not attract many great linemen at their annual event focused mostly on the skill positions, but this year proved to be an exception with Class of 2028 offensive tackle

leading the way. The East St. Louis (Ill.) offensive lineman has narrow shoulders and could lean out a bit more, but he has good foot speed and great use-of-hands to mirror edge rushers effectively during one-on-ones. Displayed a agood lateral set and ability to keep defenders between his feet in pass pro. Has time to fix frame and get better over the next two seasons. High upside prospect. Holds offers from Eastern Illinois and Lindenwood
