Javarski Lanier Javarski Lanier 6'0" | 170 lbs | DB Central | 2026 State AL is an impressive WR/DB prospect who will be making his debut at Central this fall.
Lanier is a physical, hard-hitting DB you never want to cross paths with. He’s highly instinctual, has great athleticism, and consistently flies downhill from the secondary to deliver massive hits to the ball carrier.
Lanier is terrific against the run but also makes a huge impact out in coverage. With his speed and instincts, he’s able to cover tons of ground and make a variety of plays on the ball. It’s got to be difficult gameplan around a defender like Lanier, he can beat you in so many different ways.
Lanier picked up his first offer from West Alabama last week, and with the summer just beginning, I think he’ll continue to find more success this offseason.
It’ll be exciting watching Lanier in this Central defense this fall, he’s got a big year ahead.
