has been an excellent prospect the last two season. After his Junior season where he had 54 catches for 758 yards and 10 touchdowns, 2023 saw Quinn take on a more increased role as a runner with 930 total yards from scrimmage and 12 touchdowns. Quinn is versatile as he can line up out wide in the X role or in the slot. He can run all the routes with excellent footwork and quickness. His ability to find the holes in the defensive coverages makes him hard to defend. This is a superior student-athlete that will look to take his talent to the next level in 2024.

is one of the most underrated receivers in this class, Quinn is an elite receiver when it comes to his feel for the game and how to get open. While Quinn has plenty of tape getting open far down the field his ability to create seperation in the short area of the field is elite. Quinn does lack size for the next level so his projection will be living in the slot but he displays all the traits you would want out of a slot guy at the next level. Really good hands with the ability to adjust at the catch point. Quinn may lack elite speed but he makes up for it with great quickness and a really solid quick twitch ability.

was one of the most effective #1 receivers in New York this past season. Although Quinn is just 5’9, 165lbs he is a true deep threat because of his great speed. Quinn is an exceptional route runner and does a great job of tracking longer throws. Quinn has the speed and quickness to turn shorter routes in to longer gains by getting by defenders and using a quick one-cut of the field style to create seperation. Quinn does a really solid job of attacking the ball at the catch point on shorter routes where he is facing the QB. Overall, Quinn is one of the most well-rounded receivers in this class and his ability to be a reliable option at all three levels of the field is huge factor in his addition to our rankings.
