However, we went through our biggest risers and new additions already, and we finish with more new additions ranked between 100-200 that you should know. Some of these guys were key players in their team’s 2022 seasons, while others will likely have expanded roles to build off the quality play they put on tape.
Xavier Sill Xavier Sill 5’9″ | 170 lbs | DB Newburgh | 2024 State NY is one of the best athletes in this class, Sill was a huge factor for the Newburgh defense as a strong safety and was an elite tackler and playmaker from the slot on defense. Sill is physical and aggresive bringing down ball carriers. Sill does a great job of setting the edge and pushing runners back inside when he is defending the run from the slot. On offense Sill is a part of a stacked group of playmakers for Newburgh, he brings really solid speed and route running to the offense. One area where Sill really excels is on kickoff coverage where his elite speed and tackling skillset shows up routinely on tape. Sill is solid in coverage and does a good job of limiting yards after the catch.
Teddy Roberts Teddy Roberts 6’0″ | 200 lbs | LB St. Francis | 2024 State NY is a very solid linebacker in the middle for St. Francis. Roberts does a good job of diagnosing plays and quickly getting to the ball. Roberts is really solid at finding lanes to the LOS and making plays in the hole. Roberts has good sideline to sideline range and can make tackles on outside zone runs or other outside run concepts. Roberts has shown his ability lining up in the middle of the defense or being pushed out to the edge as an OLB on the LOS. Roberts is an impactful RB/H-Back player on offense but his best skillset is on the defensive side of the ball where he is a true run stopper.
Sheldon Cunningham jr Sheldon Cunningham jr 6’0″ | 250 lbs | DL St. Mary’s | 2024 State NY has great quickness off the snap and does a great job of getting through offensive gaps quick. Cunningham Jr can line up on the inside or stand up on the edge as an outside rusher. Cunningham Jr has great hand placement and violent hands that help him get by blockers quick. Cunningham Jr also has really solid pass rush moves that he can utilize from multiple positions and does a great job of using quick moves to get by interior lineman in the run game. Cunningham Jr also has an incredible motor and great athleticism that shows when he chases down running backs from behind. Cunningham’s overall football IQ is really solid as he consistently is making the right football plays.
Noah Wittmer Noah Wittmer 6’0″ | 250 lbs | DL Webster Schroeder | 2024 State NY is a very physical defensive tackle who uses really good strength and speed to win on the inside. Wittmer has great closing speed and is an effective finisher of the quarterback in his pass rusher. Wittmer also is a great tackler who finished the play when he gets his hands on the ball carrier. Wittmer does a great job of fighting through double teams and when left one on one will win with his quickness of the snap and quick and effective swim and rip moves. Wittmer can make plays on ball carriers from behind and showcases a really solid motor through the whistle.

Jameson Quinn Jameson Quinn 5’9″ | 175 lbs | WR Fredonia | 2024 State NY was one of the most effective #1 receivers in New York this past season. Although Quinn is just 5’9, 165lbs he is a true deep threat because of his great speed. Quinn is an exceptional route runner and does a great job of tracking longer throws. Quinn has the speed and quickness to turn shorter routes in to longer gains by getting by defenders and using a quick one-cut of the field style to create seperation. Quinn does a really solid job of attacking the ball at the catch point on shorter routes where he is facing the QB. Overall, Quinn is one of the most well-rounded receivers in this class and his ability to be a reliable option at all three levels of the field is huge factor in his addition to our rankings.
Emir Yuksel Emir Yuksel 6’1″ | 190 lbs | LB Xavier | 2024 State NY is a well built and athletic MLB for Xavier. Yuksel does a great job of consistently getting involved defending the run. As a blitzer and pass rusher Yuksel has the speed to close on athletic quarterbacks and finish outside the pocket. Yuksel also has the speed to track down runners who make it down the field. Yuksel’s best traits are as a run defender where his combination of speed and strength help him get off blockers and to the LOS. Yuksel does a great job of making his first contact with ball carriers at or within a yard of the LOS. Yuksel is also a very good tackler and does a great job of wrapping ball carriers and not letting them slip through his tackles.
Michael Vaccarella Jr Michael Vaccarella Jr 6’6″ | 295 lbs | OL Penfield | 2024 State NY is a very solid tackle prospect whose size and strength are hard to find. Vaccarella Jr does a great job of using his size and length to create leverage and distance between him and the defenders. As a pass protector Vaccarella Jr shows really solid pass sets and ability to stay in-strade with quicker speed rushers. Vaccarella Jr has a ton of quality run blocking reps as the Penfield offense ran a primarily Flexbone offense that features a ton of running the football. Vaccarella Jr does a really good job of creating lanes by getting his blocked turned away from the hole. This also prevents Vaccarella’s blocks from detaching to impact the runner through the hole at the LOS. Vaccareall Jr also is a solid mover and can push blocks down to the second level and make it really tough for linebackers to get to the running lanes.
Liam Nealy Liam Nealy 5’11” | 185 lbs | RB Vestal | 2024 State NY is a quality running back prospect who has over 1300 rushing and receiving yards this season. Nealy has a solid breakaway speed and does a really good job of using his physicality and strong lower body to run through arm tackles and keep his legs moving through contact. Nealy does a good job of finding running lanes and is not afraid to make cutbacks to open space. Nealy has great balance for a back and can easily recovering when getting bumped a little off platform or maintain his speed in bounds on the sideline. Nealy is the type of versatile runner that can take on goal line carries or be used in open space to create big plays.

Jaxon Razmovski Jaxon Razmovski 6’0″ | QB Cicero North Syracuse | 2024 State NY could be a candidate to have a huge breakout senior season after a bunch of quality play this past season. Razmovski returns several of his top receivers and is coming off a year of 2,400 yards and over 25TDs through the air. Razmovski has a very smooth release and deos a great job of being patient in the pocket. Razmovski also has the athleticism to be a quality threat on the ground both in designed runs and extending plays in the pocket. Razmovski has solid arm strength and has the touch to make impressive throws over the middle of the field consistently. Overall, Razmovski is a quality thrower who could take even another step this season.
Justin Maier Justin Maier 5’8″ | 160 lbs | WR Webster Schroeder | 2024 State NY could be one of the best pure slot receivers in this class. Maier has elite quickness and his route running from the slot is elite. Maier does a great job of creating seperation but can also make contested catches against bigger defenders. Maier does a great job of finding open space and adjusting his routes create more seperation. Maier also is excellent at stretching the middle of the field and uses leverage in his route running to get open lanes down the field. After the catch, Maier is a threat but before the catch could be on of the most talented players in New York.
