James Cusick II James Cusick II 6'0" | WR Beechwood | 2025 State KY is a player who has caught my attention this season and continued to stand out this past Friday. He played a key role on offense in Beechwood’s win over Bracken County, catching nine passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Cusick is a dangerous deep threat, using his speed to blow by defensive backs with ease. He also has a high catch radius, showing the ability to use his athleticism to go up and catch the ball at its highest point. Cusick also returned one kickoff for a touchdown and made an impact on defense, finishing the game with eight tackles and an interception. James doesn’t currently hold any offers but he has received some college interest and has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.

He is off to a hot start to his senior season, catching 26 passes for 421 yards and five touchdowns in six games. Cusick has explosive speed which he is able to use to pose as a threat in the deep passing game. He has also shown the ability to use his speed to his advantage after the catch to pick up extra yards. James doesn’t currently hold any offers but he should be a player to keep an eye on this season.
