The Poway tackle is a very athletic kid that does a nice job at using his length and athleticism to get to the the second level, and can pull and block in space with ease. In pass protection, he snaps out of his stance, plays long with his arms/hands and does a nice job at creating a pocket against speed rushers while able to post on power rushers as well while not a lunger and staying patient. As he continues to grow and progress, he should build upon finishing blocks downfield and pack on weight to his long frame.

Jaworski was a versatile piece for Poway’s OL unit operating at both OT spots as a sophomore and was a top OL performer at Prep Redzone’s CA Showcase in January. He’s a strong blocker in the run game that can handle 1v1 matchups over DEs and does well picking up blocks on LBs at the second level. He showed flashes of a strong anchor in pass pro during Showcase 1v1s but needs to continue to add weight/mass to his 6’3”/230 frame. Look for continued development from Jaworski heading into his junior season.

Both of these guys did a solid job in the one-on-one periods and went up against big competition.

First step was solid for both of them but they need to work on keeping their feet moving through contact. On the reps where they got beat, it was largely due to them having their feet still instead of moving with the defender.

Both were very coachable and have a lot of upside.
