2026 Hurricane LB Jacob Lee Jacob Lee 6'2" | 195 lbs | LB Hurricane | 2026 WV will be a welcome addition back to the Redskins’ program after taking his junior season off. He pwas laced inside of our Top 125 as a sophomore, and we’re anxious to see how he’s progressed as an athlete since then. We got a glimpse of that progression from Hurricane’s first scrimmage with Bluefield, and expect Lee to be one of their top athletes this season as they search for new faces to step up in 2025. Keep tabs on Lee this season as he makes his name known on the varsity squad for the first time as an under-the-radar prospect.

Another young JV player who could increase his ranking over the next two years once he produces at the varsity level is Hurricane’s Jacob Lee Jacob Lee 6'2" | 195 lbs | LB Hurricane | 2026 WV . Lee plays mostly as a standup defensive end for the Redskins but will rank as a LB for now given his 6’2 195 size and playing style. We like him as an OLB/Edge prospect pending further physical growth and that’s a spot Lee can develop into a quality prospect with the early pass-rushing ability he showed on his sophomore JV tape. He did a nice job crashing the edge and rushing the passer last season and was a tough block for JV offensive linemen. Lee has quality quickness off the edge and showed he has some early pass-rush moves he can utilize. We’ll need to see him translate it to the varsity level in the next two years, but Lee has shown early signs of developing into a quality prospect if he continues making strides in his game.
