It’s going to be a monster year for Zimmerman’s Jacob Aderman Jacob Aderman 6'4" | 275 lbs | DL/EDGE Zimmerman | 2027 State MN . Especially on the defensive line. The massive 6’3, 280+ lb. OL and DT’s incredible production was as memorable at the Bemidji State War on the Shore Team camp as his echoing, Rick Flair-esque-and-worthy “Woooooooo” that he bellowed after every TFL, sack, and massive collision. Rick Flair was raised in Edina and Golden Valley, by the way.

Minnesota is an underrated producer when it comes to 3T and DT development, and people take for granted how hard it is to find big, athletic bodies who can hold up along the interior, so in my professional opinion this dude is an absolute sleeper of a DL prospect with D1 upside and ability. Aderman was a literally massive presence from both the DL and OL spots during the BSU Big School Team Camp and was doggin’ opponents left and right, whether they were Class 4A or Class 6A. Aderman possessed playmaking juice from interior, not to mention impressive twitch and an explosive get-off, and when he made a big play, which he did often, he’s let you hear about it. Also bendy for big kid, and produced:

This dude played with so. much. energy. that it really left an imprint on our imagination in terms of recruiting projection. Not sure if he camped anywhere this summer but he reports 0 offers as of right now. Get at him!

Another 2027 that gained some stock in my eyes on both sides of the trenches was another prospect one out of Zimmerman in Jacob Aderman Jacob Aderman 6'4" | 275 lbs | DL/EDGE Zimmerman | 2027 State MN . Both PRZ scouts in attendance had Jacob logged in our notebooks but where my stock was risen with him was in the offensive trenches. He showed off quick footwork for the size mentioned and got into position quickly during the reps I watched. The physical hands that he showed were pretty evident in the reps I watched out of Jacob as there was times where you could tell the DLs were overwhelmed by his long arms as he knocked a few back quickly. Jacob has no reported offers thus far which our PRZ scouts in attendance were both shocked about, being his production on both sides of the trenches.

Jacob was another 2027 defensive linemen out of the Land of 10,000 Lakes that caught my attention in the live eval out of Zimmerman. I was impressed with how fiery Jacob appeared to be with his first step for his size as one that just needs to develop more balance in his lower body to put together a more solid finish. He also showed off intriguing short-area vision in the reps I was able to watch at the SDSU Prospect Camp. Jacob is surely one that I believe has a great shot to play on Saturdays, as one that doesn’t have his first offer yet.
