That is not all, in addition to playing QB he can punt, and punt well! When it comes to playing QB, Rucker has a clean three-step drop. His football instincts to feel the pass rush and step up into the pocket to deliver a throw was present. I was very impressed with his overall passing accuracy. He has the ability to hit his receivers accurately in short and intermediate routes. The ability to place the football with touch, deep down the field is present. Being able to place the ball in a spot where the receiver can move in the direction for additional yards was constant throughout his throws as well.  When the pass rush would collapse the pocket, Rucker was able to make throws under pressure. He does a great job of sliding out and making throws on the run. When there is open field present, he also has the athleticism to scramble to pick up additional yards.Jackson made statements to me that you want to hear from your starting QB.
