Below are brief descriptions of their play that was showcased throughout this past season. I will be searching to see more of their exciting ability on the football field this upcoming year.
Jackson Rucker Jackson Rucker 5’11” | 170 lbs | QB Fairport | 2024 State NY is a 5’11”, 180-pound dual threat QB that is a three-sport athlete playing basketball and baseball as well. That is not all, in addition to playing QB he can punt, and punt well! When it comes to playing QB, Rucker has a clean three-step drop. His football instincts to feel the pass rush and step up into the pocket to deliver a throw was present. I was very impressed with his overall passing accuracy. He has the ability to hit his receivers accurately in short and intermediate routes. The ability to place the football with touch, deep down the field is present. Being able to place the ball in a spot where the receiver can move in the direction for additional yards was constant throughout his throws as well. When the pass rush would collapse the pocket, Rucker was able to make throws under pressure. He does a great job of sliding out and making throws on the run. When there is open field present, he also has the athleticism to scramble to pick up additional yards.Jackson made statements to me that you want to hear from your starting QB. When I asked him about his goals for this upcoming season. His response was he is going to take it one game at a time, improve each day, and have a contagious positive energy to inspire his teammates.Twitter: @jackson_rucker Instagram: @jackson.rucker11Hudl

Now the number one target for Jackson Rucker Jackson Rucker 5’11” | 170 lbs | QB Fairport | 2024 State NY is #1 himself in Sam Pucci Sam Pucci 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Fairport | 2024 State NY . This is 6’3” WR that weighs in at 170-pounds. A very lengthy WR that has a 73-inch wingspan. I was amazed by his ability to work the sidelines and make over the shoulder catches. He makes effective over the shoulder catches because of his naturally strong hands. This truly is a WR that can make catches in traffic and did so on a consistent level when coming across the middle. Pucci is a YAC monster that has the acceleration to take off after he secures a catch. The ability to run effective slant, post, 9, in, and out routes would set his team up in valuable positions multiple times throughout games. The effort to fight for every inch on the football field is there in his game. Pucci is a player that is going to leave everything out on the field. Some of his goals for this upcoming season included improving all stats from the previous year, making first team all-county & AGR, and winning multiple games in sectionals. One goal that he has made clear to me is that he wants to continue to be an inspirational leader for his team. Be able to leave a legacy at Fairport and to the younger teammates that follow him is important to this young man.Twitter: @SamPucci_Instagram: @sampucciHudl

One of the smoothest and most complete RB’s in Section V is
Cadearrell Sneed Jr
Cadearrell
Sneed Jr
5’10” | 175 lbs | RB
East Rochester/Ganada | 2025
State
NY
. This is a 5’9”, 170-pound RB that has the ability to take any run to the house, but can also be very physical at the point of attack. The ability to stay balanced on his feet and shrug off multiple tackle attempts by defenders on a play was outstanding. He has a very dangerous cut move that has left defenders on the ground watching him storm into the end zone. When having runs directed into the A and B gaps, he does a great job of firing into the designated running lanes for positive gains. Sneed Jr. has excellent vision and is able to see even the smallest lanes where he gains extra yardage. I was very impressed with his ability to cut back inside at an extremely quick rate on RB stretches and pitches. At FS, Sneed Jr. does a great job of coming downhill and attacking the ball carrier. He will fight through blocks to make any tackle at an aggressive rate. At times, he would line up around the line of scrimmage and blitz through the line to blow up a play. For this upcoming year, Sneed Jr. wants to break East Rochester’s rushing TD record, get on more college coaches radars, and become the top RB in Section V by having the most rushing yards. He really loves football and the ultimate goal is to play at the high collegiate level.

Tyrell Simmons is an absolute freak of nature standing at 6’3” and weighing in at 190-pounds. Simmons has an incredible amount of length, speed, strength, and balance. He has the rare ability to play multiple positions at a high level. He has spent time at WR, OLB, DB, and can even long snap!At WR, the ability to high point the ball using his strong hands is unbelievable. Time after time, Simmons was able to make incredible catches in traffic, especially in the end zone. His ability to toe tap on the sideline, especially on out routes was marvelous. When releasing off the line, he does a great job of swiping the CB’s hands down to gain that early separation in his routes.Over at OLB, Simmons was able to play this position at a very high level. He does a great job at swiping the OT’s hands down when making initial contact. The ability to bend and use his power moves popped on film. There is a deadly inside swim and rip move to his game which gave a lot of OT’s issues at the point of attack. In coverage, his ability to track the ball and take any interception for points is there. Simmons truly is a special player that has goals of leading Section V in receiving yards and making first team AGR. He has told himself “god has a plan for you, just wait on your moment.” This is a very talented player that will be fun to watch this season. Twitter: @Tyrellsimmons1Instagram: @rexbindolo_8Hudl

Dominate Dallas Harris Dallas Harris 6’2″ | 285 lbs | OL University Prep | 2024 State NY is a 6’2” 282-pound C/OT that has a lot of power. He is surprisingly quick and the ability to move out into space on pull action blocks was very impressive. When making contact with a defender, he does a great job of sliding the defender out of the designated running lane. At a consistent level, Harris was able to finish blocks and pancake defenders into the turf. Being able to keep his feet moving, allowed him to drive opponents 10+ yards down the field. He does a great job of finishing one block at the interior level and then moving to the next block at the 2nd level of the defense. In pass protection, Harris rarely gets pushed backwards and holds his ground incredibly well. The ability to slide and help out both guards is a huge strength in his game. The overall body control in his game allows him to be so dominate at the interior of the offensive line. For this upcoming year, Harris has goals of winning a sectional championship and wants to make a deep run at states. Trying to get by this offensive linemen would be a tough task for any defender.Twitter: @HARRISDALLAS223Hudl

Tim Lewis is a 6’2” TE/DE weighing in at 190-pounds. In the passing game, he has a great feel for the ability to block and release to give his QB that second option to go to. He has the clear-cut capabilities and tools of being a threat in the passing game. He was able to make an impact, especially in the red zone lined up on the outside causing mismatch issues. In the run game, Lewis does an outstanding job at getting his hands in the proper position to control the D and C gaps when a run is directed his way. His natural strength really shows when he has to make a block on the outside. This is a tough TE that likes to get down the field and create space for the intended ball carrier to go the distance. A lot of big runs would happen because he would make an outstanding one on one block in the 2nd level of the defense. Lewis has spent time at DE position as well. His length allows him to separate from blocks and make clean tackles on ball carriers. The ability to lean to one side and slip off to the next granted him the ability to get off blocks at a quick rate. For this upcoming season, he has goals of racking up more receptions, more yards, and playing an even bigger part in the run game by continuing to win those 1 on 1 blocks.Twitter: @tim_lewis18Instagram: @tim_lewis18Hudl
