About Jackson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

“Plume is a fast, physical, and intense offensive lineman who brings energy and toughness to every snap. At 6’0”, 270 lbs, he combines quickness, strength, and a relentless motor to dominate in the trenches.”

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Plume brings a relentless, team-first mindset to the field. He prides himself on being coachable, disciplined, and committed to constant improvement. Known for his intensity in competition and positive attitude off the field, he sets the tone with his work ethic, respect for teammates and coaches, and a drive to outwork his opponent every rep.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

At Christ School, all students are required to participate in clubs and organizations. I will be involved in Outdoor Program and the Service Learning Program. I take pride in contributing off the field as well as on it, and I look forward to engaging fully in the Christ School community.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills as a center, where I take responsibility for communication and setting the tone up front. My game has also taught me discipline, accountability, and respect, while community service has helped me grow as a person off the field. These qualities make me a better teammate and student-athlete.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the challenges I’ve faced is having ADHD, which I manage with medication and strategies I’ve learned over the years. At first, it made it harder to focus and stay organized, but through discipline and support, I’ve turned it into a strength. It’s helped me learn patience, self-awareness, and perseverance, and has pushed me to work even harder in the classroom and on the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a smaller Division I school that offers a strong sense of community and the chance to build close relationships with teammates, coaches, and professors. Ideally, it would be in a suburban setting but close to a major city, giving me access to both a supportive campus environment and the opportunities of a larger city nearby.
