. Tibbs played a key role on the Madison Southern offensive line this past season at left guard. In the run game, he has shown the ability to drive his man out of the picture with a sense of urgency and finish his blocks through the whistle, often ending in a pancake block. He has also proven to be a reliable pass blocker, showing the ability to maintain a strong base while fighting with his hands to defeat pass rush moves and keep inside position. Ian is another offensive lineman who I’m excited to keep watching as he develops over the next three seasons.

(listed above), Tibbs was a clear standout when he was in the game. I’d dare to say he was one of, if not the best, pass blocker on the field for the 8th Grade Kentucky Future Stars–something that shouldn’t have been a surprise given he was the state runner-up at Heavyweight on the wrestling mat. Complete with frame that is just begging to add on mass, he has a really bright future.

While I don’t have specifics on Tibbs, my eyes tell me that he comes with some pretty impressive size. The Foley Middle School prospect overwhelmed the opposition with size and power throughout the season. Following football, he finished as the Kentucky Heavyweight runner-up in wrestling.
