Leading the D2-Class AAA ranks in tackles at 99 total, Shoaf was an absolute machine last Fall where he was making plays all over the field on the way to his best football season yet. Even though this West Tennessee talent is headed to college to play baseball, Shoaf is a bonafide middle backer that has a nose for the ball as well as a knack for making big plays. That play was on full display last Fall where teams had a hard time keeping track of Shoaf where he produced 16 tackles for loss on the season along with 9 sacks from his linebacker position. MUS had one of the better defenses not just on the D2-Class AAA ranks but also the entire state and Shoaf was a major reason why.
