Hudson is a two-way weapon not just as a wide receiver, but is a huge asset to Skutt Catholic’s return game. Hudson is one that has been a threat for the Skyhawks in the screen game, as Hudson is a wide receiver that has great vision and has accumulated a lot of his receiving yards this season way after the catch. His durability that he has for his size is excellent as you can tell that Hudson is a well-versed athlete. If you want verified speed too, Hudson runs a 10.91 100-meter dash on the track, so that speed translation should coorelate at the next-level, Has a lot of Division 1 interest right now and just off a gameday visit at Wyoming last weekend as a swiss army knife that I surely have a stockriser already in this 2028 class.

Skutt Catholic’s Hudson Friesen Hudson Friesen 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR/DB Omaha Skutt Catholic | 2028 State NE is an interesting player with a versatile skillset and the opportunity to take over for some graduated players. Hudson’s usage as a sophomore was limited as he recorded 11 receptions for 125 yards and a touchdown, along with 11 tackles on defense. Hudson really excels in the short and intermediate range, where he can take a quick dump-off pass and then do damage after the catch. He is very shifty with quick footwork and cutback ability that can make defenders miss in the open field. Friesen brings additional value as a return man who can effortlessly swim through the first wave of defenders to set his offense up nicely. We could also see him play a bigger role on defense, where he has experience at cornerback. His athleticism helps him stick with receivers in coverage while also tracking and defending the ball in the air. Keep an eye out for this guy as the Sky Hawks look to make it another deep playoff run!
