Smith is one of the better interior lineman across Idaho in the 2027 class and is a powerful blocker in the box that excels in the run game. He is very strong at the point of attack, explodes out of his stance with a strong base and stays within his frame while able to finish blocks downfield and get to the second level with ease. Smith shows the ability to pull across the line of scrimmage and kick-out defensive end’s and also shows he can combo to the second level and block athletic second level defenders. Smith checks into our rankings update just inside the top 50 overall and as a top 10 player at his position in the 2027 class.
