Expert Analysis
Cory Lemer | Prep Redzone Scout
Shoemaker was easily the biggest star at the WR position in the state this season. Shoemaker broke multiple Section One records, and the Three sport athlete, will be taking his talents to Harvard in the fall.
Shoemaker has elite size, standing at 6’5″ 200-Pounds, he has an outstanding frame for a WR. He is a massive mismatch, and has elite hands, with every ball closely near him being a catch. His route running is exceptional, and he has elite foot work, that makes him an elusive and hard to tackle playmaker. Henry will easily be an elite pass catcher at Harvard.
Congratulations Henry!

is the best performing WR in the state this season. The Senior, looked unstoppable against Somers, and his stat sheet backs it up.
Shoemaker, finished with 221 yards, and two touchdowns on just seven catches. He averaged 31.6 yards per catch. Rye is my favorite in Class A, and has a big matchup against Section 9 Minisink Valley tonight. The winner will likely hoist the Class A State Championship trophy in December.

Shoemaker is a beast. Standing at 6’5″ 200-Pounds, I honestly have no clue how anyone can cover him. The Senior WR, had another dominant day, adding 221 yards, and two touchdowns to his season total.
Shoemaker, has elite hands. It feels like he adds glue to his gloves, with how well he catches the ball. On 50/50 balls, forget about it, Shoemaker has it. His speed, and route running are also elite, as the Senior WR, is gone after passing the first defender. Shoemaker is a name, who should be highly ranked on every recruiting service, and seeing him moss defenders, will be a weekly ritual at Harvard.

, is a Harvard commit WR, who is a player you need to watch in person. The Rye Prospect, has tore up the state this season, and lead NY in multiple stat categories. Shoemaker, will face Somers Tomorrow in the Class A Championship.
Standing at 6’5″ he is a monster of a player, and towers over literally everyone. Shoemaker, hauled in 52 catches this season, and racked up 1,195 yards, and 14 touchdowns. He averages 23 yards per catch, and 119 yards per game. With at least one more game for the Rye WR, I fully expect him to reach the 1,300 mark and 15 touchdown mark on his Senior season.

With the wind going crazy on Halloween, I thought throwing the ball would be a lost cause. Henry proved me wrong big time, as the Senior receiver had one of his best games this season.
Shoemaker hauled in six catches throughout the game, leading the team in that category. Of his six catches, he had four touchdowns, and 145 yards. The Harvard commit was unstoppable on Halloween, and seeing the Brewster defense was his treat.

. The Rye WR, has an outstanding build, and his 6’5″ frame makes him a threat in any 1v1 matchup. Shoemaker had himself a game, with four touchdowns, and over 100 yards.
Shoemaker, used his size to his advantage, and obliterated the Brewster Defense. He wasn’t used as a down field threat, but had a major impact with crossing routes. I love his hands, and it feels like he has glue on his gloves as every catch is hauled in. After the catch, he has good speed, and is extremely tough to tackle.
