possessing next-level upside. Hector was pivotal on the defensive line, where he recorded 36 tackles, 13 TFLs, three sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. Hector stands out as a versatile defensive lineman who can play as a 3-4 defensive end, 4-3 defensive end, 4-3 tackle, head up on a center, and really anywhere you can scheme him up. He can explode out of his stance and deliver a powerful initial punch to stun his opponents. Hosey-Alvarez is then able to use his strong base and leg drive to move blockers off their spot to spill into the backfield. He is very physical when he gets to the ball carrier and can make a secure stop (while also delivering a solid hit). His wrestling background gives him a strong understanding of how to use his leverage to win matchups and improves his hip/knee/ankle bend, which coaches like to look at. Great mean streak and non-stop motor. Get after this guy!
