Ethan is a newcomer to our rankings that comes in as LB7 in our 2027 North Dakota rankings out of West Fargo Sheyenne. The 5’10 185 pounder might be slightly undersized, but you can’t miss on watching his instincts come alive getting down to the ball carrier as for his size, he got a great amount of range he can cover as well. I’ve said it before and I will keep saying it, I like linebackers that play downhill, and Ethan surely shows off that he can do that on a consistent basis. He is also quite agile with again utilzing his angles to get around blockers before they get to him at the point of attack. Ethan has upside in my eyes in pass coverage as that range could show flexibility at the next level.
