The 5’11 160 rising junior was a participant at our PRZ WV Combine back in May and proved he has the athletic traits to develop into a quality skill player for the Bruins in time. Fisher should see time at receiver and defensive back this season as the young Bruins will need some previous underclassmen to step into starting roles in 2024. He even has some versatility as a wildcat-type quarterback who can run read-option with the threat to throw in certain packages.
