About Ethan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m going into my junior season, getting bigger, faster and smarter, so expect to see more running and throwing this year. I would describe myself as a dual threat because of my speed and also my arm talent.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a disciplined and competitive player who brings intensity and focus to every rep. I stay coachable, put the team first, and hold myself accountable on and off the field. My mindset is to outwork everyone and keep improving every day.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

No, I have not. I am looking forward to play in a few 7 on 7s before the next season.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong communication skills by working closely with teammates and making sure everyone stays focused and motivated. I lead by example through effort, consistency, and accountability, especially during tough moments. I also understand the importance of trust and supporting teammates to help the entire team succeed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, our team lost 2 of the 7 regular season games this year and that drove us to work harder and harder to become more disciplined. Those losses led us to the state championship

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong football program that values hard work, development, and accountability. Academics are important to me, and I want a school that supports student-athletes both on and off the field. I’m looking for a competitive environment where I can grow as a player, leader, and person.

First up at the QB Position, is a guy who I believe can have a breakout season with Brighton. Bialaszewski, started for the Bruins, during their run to the Dome, where they fell one game short of a State Championship. The 6’1″ 180-Pound QB, has a good frame, and should look to add 10-15 Pounds, of extra weight to fill out his frame. As a QB, he has an exceptional pocket presence, and demonstrates the ability to use his legs to create big gains on the run, and to keep plays alive. He is a true athlete, who will find himself high up on boards in the 2028 Re-Rank.
