came into this season as an unknown commodity. Now that we’re over halfway finished with the 2026 regular season, he is turning heads as a Division I-level prospect. He’s been starting at center, which is a really good position for him with all things considered. He’s taken a few visits, so schools are beginning to notice him.
He offers good size, standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 290 pounds with a powerful, athletic frame. He’s been solid in pass protection, but his strength is in the run game. He is a bulldozer, consistently dominating defensive linemen and climbing to the second level. I love the physicality in which he plays with, but he’s under control.
Coles is a smart football player, which is one key component for a center. They are the quarterback of the offensive line and must be in constant communication with others. The junior needs to grow in a few areas and polish his skills, but there is clear upside here.

Eli has great size as a junior center; he is strong, has great drive, and effort. To add on, he works up to the second level well and creates holes for his team’s running back. To conclude, he does all the little things right at center and will be seeing plenty of D1 offers over the next year.

is an unknown commodity to most, but he’s going to break out this season. I saw him in the spring and was impressed with the strides he’s made since his sophomore season. The interior offensive lineman is now the starting center at Ensworth, where he put on a clinic against Whitehaven in Week 1.
He offers good size, standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 290 pounds with a powerful frame. Coles is a monster in the run game, casually driving players into the second level. However, he has some nice pass protection upside. The 2028 prospect still needs to grow in a few areas, but he took the next step this offseason, and it’s going to pay dividends.
