Efren is an under the radar prospect who stands out to me often. He was included a couple times last year after he had some big-time performances on the season. He continues to be a problem for offensive lines and should have the attention of college coaches more so then he does now. During week 1 he had 9 tackles, 1 sack, and 5 QB pressures. He will continue to hunt QB’s during this season.

Efren is very athletic and causes a lot of havoc on the defensive end. He racked up 26 sacks to go along with 154 tackles over the last 2 seasons. He is able to keep his feet moving, driving offensive lineman into their own quarterback many times. He does a fantastic job during run plays, containing the running back when he runs to his side before he is able to get to the next level of the defense. He was named all league defensive end for a reason and will have an even bigger senior season.

Efren might be the best class of 2024 defensive lineman in the state. He was able to keep his feet moving, driving the offensive lineman into their own quarterback many times. He does a great job during run plays, being able to contain the running back when he runs to his side before he is able to get to the next level of the defense. He was named all league defensive end for a reason and might just be on his way to that title once again. This junior will be exciting to watch this year and next.
