They don’t make a lot of 6 ‘4″ 250 lbs OL with 6’8″ wingspans very often, but that is what we have coming out of Amery in the Class of 2028. Easton is an athlete we were able to watch a few times over the summer. The raw tools have been there, but it has really started to come together for him this offseason. He is a kid who moves fluidly and with good knee bend, but doesn’t have to sacrifice power to be that athletic. Easton can get up to level two instantly to wall off LBs or he can drive a DL out of the trenches. Easton has a very high ceiling and could make a big leap from here depending on his junior season. Keep a close eye on the Amery 2028 OT.
Easton was surely a hard one to miss from a live eval perspective at the UW-Stout Prospect Camp. He had a handful of reps where he stood out amongst the OL group, but the one that really caught my attention was actually when I was watching the skills group and from the corner of my eye, I found Easton taking a DL on a long ride with excellent leverage not knowing how long of a ride he could have taken him on until the whistle blew. Just a 2028 prospect, the 6’4 250 pounder with a long 6’8 wingspan is figuring out how to use that length to his advantage as the start to finish reps showed the development I wanted to see during camp on Thursday. This is the second time in a couple weeks that Easton’s gotten on PRZ’s radar at camps and I am sure that will continue too with the college coaches now that the doors are fully open for college coaches to reach out.

. Checking in at 6’4″ 251 lbs, Easton is transforming into a legitimate OL recruit. He has the long limbs to potentially play OT at the next level with his elite 6’8″ wingspan. Even at 251 lbs the soon-to-be junior is just scratching the surface on what his frame could carry at the next level. In pads Easton only continued to raise my intrigue for his future. He plays on an athletic lower body that was able to stay in front of DL and also help him recover if he was out of position in a rep. Easton also was using that rare length to his advantage in a ton of reps to control and redirect DL trying to get the edge on him with speed. The 2028 out of Amery is a raw talent, but there is a lot of clay to sculpt with over the coming years.
