About Dylan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a 6’4”, 280-pound defensive tackle, I specialize in clogging running lanes, dominating the line of scrimmage, and disrupting the backfield. My physicality allows me to create pressure on the quarterback and make tackles for loss. As a vocal leader, I bring energy and focus to the defense, setting the tone and elevating team performance.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is focused, relentless, and team-driven. I approach every play with a high level of intensity, always striving to outwork and outlast my opponent. I believe in staying disciplined, staying humble, and leading by example. Off the field, I’m always looking to improve, whether it’s through film study, training, or building chemistry with my teammates.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills on and off the field, consistently stepping up to guide my teammates and keep the defense organized. I take pride in being a dependable teammate who works hard, stays coachable, and puts the team first. Outside of football, I stay involved in my community, volunteering at Shelters and much more

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve faced significant challenges at home, including my parents going through a difficult divorce and supporting my brother through his own struggles. These experiences forced me to grow up faster, stay resilient, and learn how to manage stress while staying focused on my goals. They’ve taught me perseverance, empathy, and the importance of being a strong, steady presence for the people I care abo

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a highly competitive, high-caliber Division I program where I can challenge myself, continue to develop, and contribute at a high level. I want a school that values hard work, pushes its athletes to reach their full potential, and provides a strong academic and athletic environment.

Measuring in at 6’2″ 288-Pounds, Pierce was an impressive lineman on the defensive side. The 2028 Prospect displays a solid build, and being only a Sophomore has tons of room to grow into his frame. He currently projects as an Interior Lineman, and I agree with this. I caught a handful of Reps, and one thing that stood out consistently were his Rush Moves. His club caught the most attention, as he used this move with confidence, and when hitting the outside shoulder, used an exceptional IQ to win on the inside.
