Miller is the engine that runs this Titan offense. The first thing that sticks out to me is his athleticism and mobility to extend plays and find good throwing windows. While on the run, he does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield and maintain his accuracy – when going to his left he will align his shoulders to the target. With over 1800 passing yards and 25 TDs, Miller had quite the SR season.
Despite coming up short in Week 0, Miller showed flashes of leadership and toughness at quarterback. He threw for 224 yards and one touchdown while avoiding turnovers, keeping his team competitive throughout. Though his completion percentage sat at 47%, Miller’s willingness to take shots downfield and keep plays alive was evident. The next step for him will be cleaning up his accuracy and efficiency, which could turn close games into wins. With his poise and work ethic, Miller is well positioned to bounce back quickly. Expect him to come out in Week 1 with something to prove and a point to make.
Miller’s 1,472 passing yards, paired with 15 touchdowns, gave his offense the spark it needed. He added 227 rushing yards and four scores on 47 carries on the ground. The junior’s ability to keep defenses guessing makes him a wildcard on every snap.
Miller has been lighting up the scoreboard in the 2A division, quickly establishing himself as a player to watch. With a two-to-one touchdown-to-interception ratio, Miller can be efficient with the football, and when he gets into rhythm, he’s difficult to stop. His ability to deliver accurate throws from the pocket, even under pressure, has been key to his success. While Miller can escape the pocket when necessary, he excels when given time to operate from within, showing patience and composure. His passing accuracy and decision-making make him a dangerous quarterback to face, and as the second half of the season approaches, Miller is poised to make even more noise.
