Dylan Gretz is an excellent two-way lineman for Southern Lehigh. As a defensive lineman, he gets off the ball quickly. He is impossible to block because of his strength and quickness. He uses his hands well to rip through offensive linemen trying to block him. He has violet hands and uses them well. He also shows a motor that never quits as he chases plays all over the field. Then, on offense, he played well as an offensive tackle. He fires off the ball well and dominates defenders. Gretz is a good defensive lineman in the 2027 class.

As a defensive lineman, he is good against the run and the pass. The biggest difference between him and other defensive linemen is his pass-rush ability. He has a great feel for how to attack offensive linemen to create pressure on the quarterback. He has good moves, and that, along with his athleticism, lets him dominate offensive linemen. Then, on the offensive line, he shows excellent blocking ability. He fires out of his stance, and he dominates opposing defenses. Gretz is a good lineman on both sides of the ball.
