Douglas is a talented player who was selected for the Queen City Senior Bowl and also committed to Elon University in the early signing period to play college football. Through the first 3 rounds of the playoffs, Douglas had 30 tackles including 10 tackles for loss and 2 sacks. Against Mountain Heritage, Douglas’s run-stopping ability will be put to the test in order for the Cardinals to advance to the state championship game.

At 6’5 and 200 pounds, Douglas has had a special career for a Corvian team that is having a special season this year. Douglas has excellent speed off of the edge and can be a dominant pass rusher. Douglas also plays some wide receiver and is a major target. Douglas has offers from Coastal Carolina, Kentucky, Gardner-Webb, and Elon currently. Douglas has helped lead the Cardinals to the 3rd round of the state playoffs where they face an undefeated Eastern Randolph team this week.
