Tuttle wide receiver Donnie Schluter Donnie Schluter 5'10" | WR Tuttle | 2028 State OK is the first of several newcomers to our 2028 rankings at the wide receiver position. Tuttle had one of the best passing attacks in the state last fall because they had one of the best quarterbacks in the state. It will be interesting to see how they look in 2026 with a new QB1. But for Schluter in particular, he might be flying under the radar because Tuttle has had quite a few dynamic playmakers at the wide receiver position. But in our opinion, Schluter is a name to remember moving forward. He started to emerge for the Tigers as a legitimate threat in the passing game last fall and he’s a guy that has a high ceiling moving forward. Schluter was playing some of his best football at the end of the regular season.
